Cool…Smooth…It’s Mad Men feels at Casa Loma

The design brief for this holiday party; make it an elegant affair, make it a groovy night and welcome a subtle touch of holiday. It began at the Conservatory's custom copper bar, where fabulous cocktails were shaken and poured. Guests enjoyed a Mad Men-inspired coppery velvet, brass and moss-coloured lounge. Dining in the Library under glittering chandeliers, guests sat at handsomely simple long tables dressed in lustrous coffee-coloured tablecloths with stylish shiny black chairs. Touches of floral beauty hinted at the holiday season, golden candlelight. As the evening progressed, the cocktail lounge turned into a dance party. The design brief, having met expectations, made this holiday party decidedly un-holiday and delightfully celebratory.
