A conference lunch break taken to the street

Lunch, you say? Two thousand attendees at the Beanfield Centre gathered for their annual meeting and enjoyed a lunch break out on the boulevard. On a windy breezy, and lovely June day, guests could get outside and enjoy a memorable meal break. Blocking the road, we transformed Princes’ Blvd into a food truck festival. Twenty food trucks served up a variety of cuisines. During this fun lunch break, guests felt happy and carefree and enjoyed their fare sitting at picnic tables, sofa lounge areas, and high-top tables to congregate around. The addition of sheltered areas with canopy tents helped shield the sun. And then it was back to work.
