Walker Court Spiral and Delights at the AGO

Welcome to Walker Court, in the heart of the Art Gallery of Ontario. VIP guests were dazzled by this evening's theme of elevated Canadiana. Three long dining tables were centred below the Douglas Fir wrapped Frank Geary-designed spiral staircase.The tables were dressed with velvet ivory tablecloths, set with stunning tableware and surrounded by black-framed cane chairs. Featured florals highlighted the Canadian feel; an artistic array of red and white reflexed roses joined by orchids, anthuriums, and dusty rose carnations. The arrangements were displayed as a floral hug reaching out from coast to coast and were joined by LED tapers and pillars in glass hurricane vases set along the tables. A wood bar complimented the Douglas fir in the Court and featured a bar back decorated in the same floral array with candlelight. It was an evening of visual delights in an iconic Toronto venue.
